How long is a typical test ride?
30 minutes on a curated 2-mile loop, or a 60-minute extended ride on a city route. Helmets, locks, and a bottle of water are included — bring an ID.
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome at all three flagship showrooms, but appointments skip the line and guarantee your preferred model is charged and ready when you arrive.
Can I bring my own bike for comparison?
Absolutely. We encourage it. Our fit specialists are trained on most major brands and can size you against your current ride so you can feel the differences in real time.
What financing options do you offer?
0% APR over 12 months on all models, or 4.9% APR over 36 months. Pre-qualification in 60 seconds with no credit hit. US and EU residents only.
Do you ship outside the US and EU?
We ship to 38 countries with DDP (delivered duty paid) on orders over $2,000. Reach out to our team for a quote — we'll confirm lead times and import rules for your region.
